If you aren't available for your “laundry day” pickup, no worries. We can easily skip you that week. Just make sure to alert us in the app the day before your scheduled “laundry day”. Simply reply ‘Skip’ and your laundry day will be rescheduled for the next week. It is up to you on how you would like to use it. Much like a gym membership of streaming subscription. If you do not use it for a few weeks the price remains the same. At this time we do not offer refunds, credits or overflow laundry for skipped weeks of service.
